Just wanted you to know that I used the dryer today and everything went smoothly. There is no smell and the clothes dried nicely. I'm sure the dryer is as good as before the bird invasion, and probably better because it is so thoroughly clean.
Thanks for coming on a Sunday to make sure things got fixed right. We appreciate it.
Also wanted to wish you the best on Memorial Day. Your card says Dryer Vent Wizard is a veteran--owned business and that makes this a special day for you. Beaver had its parade this morning and among other things, we had an impressive fly-over! We need to make sure we remember and respect.
